I cannot recommend Penny and Paul's apartment highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of the owners. the provision of a printer for important documents was a godsend, as was the availability of ironing facilities - something you rarely find in holiday rentals. the heating was perfect, ensuring we were always warm and comfortable, and the sitting area with its plush Bergere sofa and chairs was a cozy spot to relax after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The dining table was not only stylish but also practical, giving us a comfortable space to enjoy our meals cooked in the well-equipped kitchen. the complimentary toiletries were a lovely touch, as were the ample cookware and kitchen utensils which made cooking a breeze. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished with a mix of vintage and retro items, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. the location in the center of Kirkby Stephen was perfect, with shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away, and the owners' warm welcome and thoughtful gestures truly made us feel at home. Overall, our stay at Penny and Paul's exceeded all our expectations, and we left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience.
